Help on plant and pet startup

My friend and I have been thinking in starting a Geev style site/app for trading care of plants and pets here in Paris, FR

But we don't have the capital for an app nor the knowledge to build it, we do have IG and a FB group.

Is that a way that could we monetize the interaction between ppl, or generate capital in any other way from the FB group without or before having an app?
