crowdtap not sending money with apple id email ( DONT USE APPLE ID WITH CROWDTAP)

i signed in through apple id which gives you the email of xxxxxx.privatelay.appleid.com or something like that and they said they couldn't find the account i also gave them the real email they couldnt find that aswell. so yeah use an email to sign up
