Course hero... still having unpaid amount

Hello, i am from the phil. I have already answered almost 50 questions in course hero and the feedback are always helpful..in just 2 weeks...i am just worried about my pending.. i have 2 dollars as withdrawal... should I message the support? Or just wait for another days so that my other unpaid transaction will appear on my earnings? Someone help pls. Thabk you
