Clture weirdness

I uploaded a bunch of data to this site and it was saying I had a balance over $200. I just checked today and now it is saying $11. My history says $5 last month and $6 this month. I do have a bunch of stuff in a "needing review" status. Any thought on what is going on? I won't be able to cash out for over a year at this rate.
