UHRS keeps going back to the sign in page

Hey guys, I haven't been able to use uhrs at all lately. Everytime I log in it jumps back to the sign in page, so basically I'm successfully logging in but I can't really use anything. I even got a new Live-ID same issue. Does anybody know what I can do?
