This week's grocery haul: I got paid to take Cereal, Shampoo, Yogurt, Cleaner, and More!
Here are the goodies.
I had a pretty small haul this week. It could have easily been a higher money maker if I hadn't gotten the Kashi, but I absolutely love this cereal. The danimals weren't a money maker either, but it's a pretty good price when paired with the printable coupon. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many good Shopkick deals this week. I only got a couple, but there were even more deals that came out pretty cheap.
Total: $37.92
Coupons: $4.00
Total Cash Back: $34.37
Final Cost: -$0.45 - Money maker!
Here is the complete break down and sites used. All coupons were printable ones. I don't include sites that take any receipt such as Coinout, ReceiptPal, etc on my breakdown. I did all my shopping at Wal-Mart.
I recently made a guide about how I do trips like this if you're interested.
If you aren't interested in this kind of thing, please keep your comments to yourself. If you don't like what I buy, you can buy different products. If you don't like hunting for deals, you can do surveys, microtasks, games or whatever else you like instead. There is no need to discourage other users just because you aren't interested in the same things!
Afterthoughts
This trip ended up being about half the size I had originally planned. I made up a list over the weekend, and a few things I was going to get were either out of stock at the store or the deals simply weren't available anymore. That's okay though, my Ibotta goal was pretty small anyways. I was pretty disappointed about the Soylent being gone though. I've been buying them for a few months now and they've really grown on me. I was surprised to see the suave rebates went up though - they are now money makers! Shopkick has been giving out a few really good deals the past couple days (like the Pillsbury), but the deals don't stick around long.
