Serpclix Mobile firefox problem

When order arrive click and paste,click on red highlighted and NO countdown timer at all it just show order or 60 to 58 and freeze returning to order page the order is gone, 2 order getting this in my own country(0.10cent), weirdly sometimes time counter works again not sure is it mobile firefox issue or pc browser issue. ANYONE encounter this and know how to fix this?
