PSA: PhonePaycheck updating phone tiers yet again

I just received this email from them. Also with this change my Pixel 4a 5G would go from silver to bronze.

Dear PhonePaycheck User,

We wish everyone the best during this continued difficult time of global health crisis.

On Wednesday, September 1, 2021, we will be updating our PhonePaycheck Payment Schedule. This is necessary to keep our Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories up-to-date as processor technology improves each year, and as our Cloud Computing competitors continually upgrade their devices.

Here is a summary of the changes we will be making to our Payment Schedule, based on Device Performance Rating (DPR), RAM and Free Storage:

• Gold Devices: Old range was DPR>=48. New range is DPR>=58. Example devices in the new Gold range include Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S20, and Galaxy S21.
• Silver Devices: Old range was 24<=DPR<48. New range is 48<=DPR<58. Example devices in the new Silver range include Samsung Galaxy S9.
• Bronze Devices: Old range was 11<=DPR<24. New range is 38<=DPR<48. Example devices in the new Bronze range include some Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S8.
• RAM: Minimum Requirement will be raised to 3.5GB.
• Free Storage: Minimum Requirement will be raised to 2.5GB.
• Devices with DPR<38 will no longer to be able to earn with PhonePaycheck. We are sorry that their performance is not competitive for modern customer work.

This change will take effect on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. At that time, we will publish a revised list of device brands and models in each of the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories. You can get an advance look at the new upcoming requirements and lists of devices here:

Existing PhonePaycheck users with activated devices will still keep their allocation of activated devices, and are always free to de-activate existing devices and activate new devices with better ratings to improve their earnings.
