Prolific - my ISP isn't approved?

Hi all, short time reader, first time caller here.

I signed up for prolific and was accepted, but, when i try to take profiles i get an error that ultimately says my ISP isn't approved. I've put in a ticket as their FAQ recommended, but, has anyone had any luck getting their ISP approved? should i abandon all hope or just wait and see?
