Has anyone else got a an error message from Current Music app when claiming points (swiping up from the lock-screen)?

I have an Android J3 emerge (android version 6.0) and when I swipe up to Claim points, it just says CheckIn claim status is invalid. Has anyone else gotten this message/know any solutions?

I've already tried restarting my device, force-closing and restarting the app, cleared ram/cache, etc.

I have like 15 mins to redeem points, .-. so if anyone knows a solution that'd be great, thanks.
