Do you get charged for using a prepaid virtual VISA with 10 CAD ?

I don't really use any of these sites but my friend does and he won a virtual visa card through it. But it was Canadian and he is from US so he couldn't use it and gave it to me (i am from canada).

I don't know if any of you are familiar with redeeming a VISA, but basically my friend sent me a link and it ask for my location + address + name + phone number for the virtual visa.

I am 15 and don't have a bank account or paypal or anything of that sort. Will my parents be taxed or something if i put in the above info( location + address + name + phone number) and redeem the card then use it on google playstore?

and is there anything stopping me from lying about my location and address ?
