Anyone got their IP blocked randomly on Hideout?

Despite paying attention to all the details, running the vids only from one computer, always cashing out before reaching 1000 points etc. today I received the following and I can no longer log into my account:

It appears this internet connection (IP Address) has been temporarily blocked by one of our partners. This is unrelated to the standing of your Hideout account. Sometimes these blocks can last a few hours or a few days and are most common in public places such as coffee shops and places of business. If you believe this internet connection was blocked in error please let us know at support@hideoutcares.zendesk.com.

Already wrote to support and received an immediate bot response but no change yet and haven't heard from a real person yet either.

Anyone else experienced this?
