Whats the difference between UHRS in Lionbridge and other websites?

In other websites you receive money per tasks in UHRS, in Lionbridge they say it's per hour, how does this work?

I mean, if you do 1 hour of a task that pays 0,01 cts per hit and the value in UHRS is 4 dolar, but in lionbridge they say will pay 6 dollars, as example, how much will I get?
