MyPoints survey

I got accepted for a survey on MyPoints where I have to review a toothpaste through a research company and i received the toothpaste in the mail used it. I was suppose to receive a link to finish the survey but I haven’t received it yet they said if I don’t receive the link within 7-10 days to get in touch using a email. I sent them two emails with the email they gave me with the toothpaste but haven’t gotten a reply back it’s been about 3 weeks since I received the toothpaste anyway know what I can do. Please help.
