Ads not loading on hideout tv?

I’ve noticed when I’m using hideout tv to earn points, it shows that it’s loading an ad, but then it doesn’t play the ad and resumes the video. I’ve seen my points increase 3 points but the videos have shown that ad loading screen plenty of times that my points should have increased more than that (if I understand correctly, your points increase whenever an ad plays).

I ensured that I’m logged in to hideout, have my platform that I’m using linked to my hideout account, and I made sure my browser enables ads and pop ups.
