Ysense deactivated my acct as soon as I had $100 to cashout

I recently joined Ysense and have had issues with cashing out via my PayPal as soon as I had enough to cashout. I sent them several tickets regarding this issue and finally sent in my Passport photo to verify that is INDEED me. I came up on my 20th day and finally made my first $100 and they deactivated my account. I've asked them to reactivate since I have not violated any of their terms and conditions and they are still holding that hard earned money after hours of filling out surveys/offers and watching videos. Has anyone had any luck with reactivating their acct after being deactivated?
