Webpages like Etsy for people outside of USA

Hello everyone! I would like to sell digital products on pages like Etsy. I have already tried with Etsy, however because I'm not from USA or have an saving account in the states, there is no other way to process the creation of the account. If the pages send the payments to PayPal it would be excellent.
