Prolific - change to instant cash-out?

Prolific put up a banner today that said they had a technical issue with instant cashouts. Hoping this is fixed quickly. Right now, if you go to your account, the Instant button has been removed. If you press the Cashout button the small window that pops up has a series of FAQs below the Balance table. Were those FAQs always there or have they just been added?
