My account got suspended in Clickwoker and now they are asking for my SSN. I'm not from US. What should I do?

I am not a US citizen and I've been working in Clickworker since last year without any issues.

My account was flagged for suspension and now they are asking me for the following:

" 1) your identity (copy of your passport, ID, drivers licence, etc.) and

2) your address as stated in your profile (copy of a letter, parcel, bill, bank statement, etc. that has this address on it and is not older than 2 months).

3) your SSN.

Please keep in mind, that we need all of the required documents mentioned above. If you only send us one document (e.g. to verify your address), we have no option to re-activate your account. Sending your SSN number is also absolutely necessary as we need to validate whether you have permission to work in the US. "

Is there a way for me to restore my account? I don't have an SSN to give them. thanks for the help!
