How do I get my money out of ReceiptPal - it doesn't work at all on my phone.

I've acquired 20,000+ points and now the app won't launch because it requires an update, and the update hangs. It's a different malfunction every month, sometimes more often, and I have to jump through hoops each time. I've had it. I want to take my points and go. Does anyone know how to redeem your points if you can't run the app on your phone?
