Best ways to empty small amounts from prepaid cards that aren't Amazon refills?

Hello! As a result of my beermoney exploits I have a ton of small prepaid cards (some as small as $1) that I would like to use up. However, splitting payments at Walmart or something is a pain in the ass for so many small cards. Moreover, some are virtual cards.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any tricks to use these up or else empty the balances completely. I am aware that Amazon allows refills/reloads to your gift card balance of $0.50 or more, but I'd really prefer not to use Amazon.

Hard mode: anywhere I can use up small amounts e.g. $0.27?
