YSense: Login Error

hi. ive been using ysense for almost a year now and it's always logged in my computer but it recently got logged out for some reason and when i try to sign in, even with the right email and password, it says login error. so i tried changing the password thru email and i was able to change it but when i logged in, the same error popped up. i tried contacting support and they just gave suggestions about which browsers to use and to clear cookies etc. i tried all that but nothing worked. if any of u has experienced the same thing and was able to work it out, would love to hear from u. thanks
