Will I be able to work for Western companies if I used to work for Yandex Toloka?

I watched a video in which Michael Telen said that people who worked for Russians companies will be added to black list and won't be able to work for Western companies anymore.
He brought a few examples, such as Bittrex and Kaspersky, employees from which were blacklisted and can't work for Western companies anymore.

Does it apply to people who do microtasks on Yandex Toloka? Or can I freely work on Yandex Toloka and stop worrying about being blacklisted for this reason?
