Request: Does anyone have a spreadsheet template for tracking income from various sources? (Excel or google sheets)

I'd love it if someone could share a template with me. I want to keep track of the amounts owed to me by the various websites I work with. Please PM me if you have something to share.

Excel or Google Sheets would be work just fine... Google Sheets is slightly preferred, but I'll take what I can get!

Yes, I could make this myself, but why reinvent the wheel if it's out there.
