Prolific cannot verify my number.

Title says it all, I used my phone number on my old prolific account and I decided to make a whole new account and put my phone number on that one. I deleted my old account and now when I put my phone number on my new one, it says "used by another user". I sent in a ticket to the support team but at the moment what can I do?
