Perksy login issue

So, last week I tried to complete a stack on Perksy and the app kept crashing as soon as I clicked on Start. The app was up to date so I tried to log out and now I’m unable to log back in...

Unfortunately they only offer you log in/sign up options via phone number, facebook or Apple ID and not via email, but none of that seems to be working for me. I remember signing up with my phone number but when I try I never get the text with the confirmation code; of course, support won’t reply to my emails.

Anybody experienced the same issue, or has suggestions? Thank you!
