Offertoro credit inquiry

I finished the “Harvest Island - complete level 16” task about 12 hours ago but haven’t gotten the credits yet. This is the second task I’ve completed and the first one credited me within an hour of completion so I’m wondering if I should wait a bit more or submit a ticket?

With the ticket it says to make sure the date is visible in the screenshot, I’m not sure how to do that on ios?

If anyone’s got some advice or experience with this I’d really appreciate the help!
