Help, unable to verify Smartapp, want to redeem through Paypal

Hello, is anyone also having the same issue? I tried the text and the voicecall method but the code they send me says invalid. I seem to need a code to send to a phone number to verify redemption via Paypal

I made sure both my Paypal and smartapp is using the same number for this verification process and it is still a no go, I also have the same email details for the Paypal as well...

No customer contact response either...
