Stuck in appen china opt in option

I got the option to opt in or opt out of the china platform when I tried to go to my profile section in appen. I opted in but now I am stuck in the pop up and it won't go away and it is blocking access to my profile. Appen support isn't available. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
