Pinecone Research registration problem!

Any help here would be thoroughly appreciated, and can I also just take the time to thank all of you contributors to this Reddit. It's absolutely fantastic! :D

So, here is my dilenma:

This morning, I tried to sign up to Pinecone Research. Usual log in details where entered. (basic demographics, etc) It then asked me for a phone number to receive a verification code - my phone wasn't charged up at this point, so I thought I'd just close the browser and complete my registration later in the day.

I've just come back to sign up again, and it's not letting me proceed to the part where you input your phone number, just comes up with this message:

Thank you for your interest in Pinecone Research.
Unfortunately, there are no available openings for members with a household make-up that aligns with yours at this time. However we will keep your registration for a few weeks in case a spot opens up.
Thank you for your interest.

Is this all because I've already tried to sign up, or some other error?
I've just submitted a ticket for review, but afaik it could be something I could resolve this end? Thought I'd ask just incase this has happened to someone before...
