Not receiving rewards on Hideouttv on Amazon TV Stick nor Browser

I was using chrome fresh install no any kind of ads on. On Amazon TV Stick I have removed the app reinstalled it still no go.

I have an unplugged modem/router to see if the issue is with DNS or IP and still no Points.

This has started yesterday

I have contacted Support and the Account is active no issues with the account.
