Lost all of my points [S'mores App] [question + rant]
Today I noticed that my points were at 10, when I had been saving up for 2 months. I checked my feed/history and for the first time ever, i had a little marker that said "expired points". I had lost 577 points yesterday and received no notification warning me, and when looking in the apps description there was no mention of this feature, I'm peeved because I've been using this app for over a year and this has never happened before, nor was there any warning (that i saw) that it was going to.
Am I overreacting, and is this happening to others? I really want to know why they took away all of my points for being "expired" and why this has never happened before.
