Issue with Usertester: Available test list keeps growing but can't click on screeners or decline. Available test page keeps freezing due to this - Support MIA
For past month or so I've been unable to actually click on , select, decline, or do screeners on the "Available Tests" page of my Usertester account. I've tried different browsers, different computers (both Mac and Windows), with no success. I've emailed support at least 2-3 times and get zero response.
I assume if they just "clear" the available test queue it will reduce the website load time and let me click on items but can't seem to reach anyone to fix it.
Anyone else have this problem? A shame too because when I wanted to I would easily be able to do a few tests a week.
