Issue with points/credits on Kelloggs Family Rewards?

So I joined the program this morning. Submitted a receipt with 3 Kellogs products on it, now I have 600 points.

I joined to get the offer of the free tie dye swig water bottle. But when I go to get it, it says I don't have enough "credits", and my credits sit at zero.

How do I get "credits"? My points are at 600. The Special K boxes advertise a free bottle with submission of proof of purchasing 3 products on a receipt.
