Is there a way to combine online virtual master cards into one card ? (Visa or MC)

Since it's already a few dollars that you get from those websites it's really annoying when you withrdaw from these websites ( when they don't support Paypal directly ) and get them in a form of virtual cards.

My question is can i combine the value of those cards in some kind of E-wallets or my own visa without running into paypal taxes ?
