How does Clickworker and UHRS work.

Good day, this is my first time here.

I'm using clickworker and UHRS right now. can someone explain how does Hitapp work? am I earning money per hitapp that I submit? if yes, where can I see how much I earn. last question is, can I quit hitapp anytime or do is there a number that I need to submit? (sorry for my bad english.
