Having trouble with screen recorder for Usertesting

Anyone else run into this issue? Using Catalina OS on my MacBook. The downloaded screen recorder doesn’t show up in my system preferences, so I can’t enable it to take the introductory test. Disappointing because I’ve been reading positive things about it in this forum and would love to give it a shot!
