GG2U asking for one-time verification

So this is my first time on GG2U, I did a bunch of surveys and I reached $7, had to contact support because of Payout Request Error and then they need to do verification. What a joke, you want me to give you my information for $7? And what will you come up with to ask me for that? IP address flags or VPN? Because I used Swagbucks for years and I have no issue with them whatsoever, on the same device that I used GG2U and when I signed up, all they asked was my last name, how can you even verify someone with that little information? At least do a phone verification.
