Did the mimium withdraw change or something for payoneer? I'm trying to do a withdraw from Oneforma.

I know I have more than whats allowed for a withdraw. I might be doing something wrong but don't think I'm. What it says is - Amount available for withdrawal is less than allowed minimum. Like shouldn't it say that before I put in the amount? I can't even write in the amount I have in the box.
