Appen-Payoneer- UK

Good day guys! How do you manage to add a bank account to your payoneer account? I am based in the UK and I don't have a withdrawals tab. Is it a given that there should be funds before setting a bank account? I can't do it via settings and kept getting redirected to customer service for which I already sent a query. I'm about to be paid from appen which pays through payoneer. Thanks in advance!
