topcashback - cannot withdraw money to PayPal
I have $ 3 in the account at topcashback
When I want to withdraw the money to PayPal I get this message
"Payment option not available because: Cashback from Green Man Gaming cannot be withdrawn via this payout method. You may be able to use this method if you do a 'part payout', by splitting your payout by merchant in the first step."
The only option I have left is a direct deposit to a US bank account but I do not have one
what can be done?
