Money App ( with red and white logo)

Does this app works? It basically asks you to complete tasks, mostly playing games with the requirement to achieve a certain level and it gives you points. After gathering a certain amount of points you can convert it to cash via paypal. I have tried the games and after you go to the level it requires it gives you the points but haven’t tried the money part yet. If any of you is familiar with the app please tell!
