Can't login, incorrect email or password in One Forma.

I'm just logging in through one forma using my password manager but it says my email/password is incorrect. It is weird cause it is saved on my password manager. I tried using forgot password and change my password but after changing it, it says incorrect email/password. So I change it again, carefully typing each key. It is still says incorrect email/password. Does it mean, I'm ban in one forma? Anybody similar experience with this? I already reach out to them, but they still not replying...
