Are there any GPT sites that don't send data outside the EEA?

First post here; sorry for any ignorance.

So, I'm a teen, looking to make some cash on the side to fund hobbies, and found out about 'Get Paid To' sites.

All looked good; I'd get to answer surveys and similar things in return for some cash or gift cards. Was looking at things like Swagbucks and Survey Junkies.

Anyway, I showed my dad, and he said no, because some of the data that they take from me would go outside the 'EEA', where GDPR doesn't apply (he's a DPO).

I'm assuming that if a site keeps my data inside the 'EEA', my dad might be more likely to allow it, knowing the laws are more strict on what they can do with the data. (But again, I don't know much about GDPR, please correct me if I'm wrong).

So basically, are there any GPT sites that don't send my data to America, and if not what other ways might I be able to earn money that don't take ages to set up?
