Yet another simcash problem

Not sure who they have coding their app - but it seems every time they change something they stuff something up.

Today none of the hourly/daily counters are resetting - so all phones have been stuck on the maximum for 18+ hours now ( even the hourly counter )

Logging out and restarting doesn’t fix it

Manually changing time / date doesn’t work either.

So all phones are stuck, at the maximum I originally set them at, and removing the limits isn’t something I can do - as I already had 15 phone plans cancelled in the last 6 weeks

Naturally it’s the weekend so support isn’t there - although they will just try to say it’s my carrier like they always do when theres an issue.

Really starting to get annoyed with this app - it’s supposed to be passive income, yet requires constant monitoring
