Oneforma asking for Payoneer taxforms

So, i'm a non US citizen, and i have no freaking idea about how IRS works (honestly i barely understand how taxation on my native country works). I've tried their "wizard" to no luck, so which one am i supposed to fill? W9, W8 ECI or W8 BEN?
