Link Shorteners in 2021?

I've been using Adfly for 3 or so years now, made a bit from it. I still get around 1000 - 2000 views monthly, and currently in February I have 272 views with around $0.46 in earnings. I was wondering if there are other sites which have a higher CPM? I'll be releasing something soon and I want to try out other sites. I've seen people use linkvertise and I'm not so sure about it. Any confirmation? And any other recommendations (sites)?
