How to use low bal cards

I got a couple of digital rebates from places like Budweiser. The problem is that it’s only $2-4 on each card. I’m not sure how to spend it because places I’ve found only let you use one card per transaction, have a minimum purchase higher than the card value, or to buy giftcards on Amazon which I don’t want to do.

Can anyone help me?
