Current Music App, cannot recover points

So i've been using the Current Music app for about a month and it's worked nicely, i made about 60 bucks. But for the last two weeks or so it won't let me recover my points if i dont check in within a certain timeframe.

When that happened it would take me to a survey and i did the shortest one possible, and even if I didn't complete the whole survey a partially credit recovered my points. However it's no longer recognizing that anymore. Any suggestions how to fix this?
