Crowdtap access denied

I’ve seen a lot of people use Crowdtap, so I wanted to have a go myself but when I go on their website, it just says access denied? I can’t contact support as I can’t even access their website. I have never used their site before so there’s no way I could of have been banned. If anyone has their support email or anything that can help, please tell me.
